It needs to be proven on a large scale, but the data that will come from the Registry Observations may shift the paradigm of how "Modern Medicine" is defined. At PRC we are dedicated to researching MSC-Exosomes in serius, debilitabing conditions where no viable treatment exists.
Our El Segundo, CA Headquarters is equipped to handle secure storage of protected health information. We have developed 12 unique protocols based on peer-reviewed publications. Today in the United States, many doctors utilize Exosomes. MSC-Exosomes are not approved by the FDA for any indication, yet wealthy patients pay cash for them across Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Orthopedic Surgery, Concierge & Regenerative Medicine specialists. MSC-Exosomes are for RESEARCH-USE ONLY and not allowed for Clinical use outside of an IRB-Approved Trial. HIPPA-compliant electronic data management systems must track every patient who receives Exosomes. For the FDA to consider any Exosome use valid, data must be monitored by Independent Clinical Research Organizations. In 2024 The FDA mandated patients across all demographics must be included. The reality is the only patients that are receiving Exosomes are the extremely wealthy that tend to respond better to treatments across all conditions. Patriot Research is securing adequate funding, & a manufacturer that truly wants their MSC-Exosomes tested in Clinical Trials available to patients across all demographics.

Matthew Plummer founded Patriot Research & Company after 27 years in the Medical Industry. With 15 years in Oncology Sales, Marketing, Research & Development. Matthew worked for Big Pharma for 2 decades & HIPPA was formed just as he began his career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with Abbott Labs in 2001. Matthew was the #1 Territory Manager at Novocure, Inc. where he first learned the value that Observational Registries bring to patients facing death in an area of un-met need. Matt's experience at Novocure taght him how to go from a start-up nobody heard of to providing a Standard of Care Medical Device for Glioblastoma. With a passion for Neurology & Psychology Mr Plummer will officially receive his PhD from Liberty University in mid-2026.
David Dunnington, MD

Dr Dave left a successful 25-year career as an Emergency Room Doctor to pursue his dream in making a difference in peoples lives, permanently. After growung tired of stitching patuents up, only to see them fall through the cracks, Dr Dave began his career in Regenerative Medicine in 2024. His passion for bringing Mesenchymal Exosomes to patients and the ability to affect real treatment outcomes, versus managing conditions, is a trait he shares with Matthew Plummer. Dr Dave serves multiple vital roles at PR&C, his ability to connect with doctors across all specialties makes him a valuable asset. His ER staff misses him dearly, but we are fortunate to have his eternal optomistic approach and great sense of humor @ Patriot Research & Co.
Pittsburgh Zo aka "Zo"
Senior Marketing & Website Developer Director of Fundraising
Ellonzo or "Zo" contributes to the website design and marketing of Patriot Research & Company. His own personal journey includes a 5-year battle of a brain condition that severly limited his ability to work, focus on his life's passion: creating music, & getting out of bed in the morning. Like Matthew Plummer, Zo knows what patients with brain injuries deal with each and every day.
Zo has implemented his experience guiding his uber-talented 21-year old daughter run her own non-profit organization. Leveraging just under 1-million Tik Tok followers Zo's daughter will be part of the marketing outreach effort to enroll patients into our Registry Trials.
Jeffrey Williams
Key Accounts, President of Fundraising
KJ Williams is a bodybuilder outside of work, and leverages constacts with Atlanta Radio's FM Channel 103; where his sister Barbara Williams is Managing Director. Jeffrey's role entails connecting with up and coming musicians, top orthopedic surgeons, and Olympic Bodybuilders.
Jeffrey was managing operations out of our Alpharetta, GA location before his attention is focused on The Alpharetta Bobybuilding Regional Event May 30-31, 2026. Jeffrey's is shifting attention to align with PR&C's Mission of providing research trials to low income Brain Injury sufferers. GOAL: Providing all people, not just wealthy patients, access to potentially life changing MSC-Exosomes through Registry research trials. Jeffey has lead operations out of Alpharetta, GA, and we expect will resume doing so June 1, 2026.
Olivia Plummer

Olivia is the inspiration behinf The Olivia Gayle's Research Foundation. Before Liv attends Cal State San Marcos Fall, 2026, she will be a key contributor at the office doing a little bit of everything. Wise beyond her years, Liv helped create the inspirational Brain Logo that provides significant charitable revenue to fund the research aspirations of her father.
Matthew Stewart

REST IN PEACE STEW! 1975-2025 Always finding the good in every situation, Stew managed our Boston location & oversaw Commercial Operations at critical moments as Patriot Research was being formed. Always positive in the darkest moments, Stew was vital to the concept to start a medical sales distributorship focused on building research protocols for "Research-Only MSC-Exosomes." All Exosomes are Categorized as 361/351 biologics that are unapproved by the FDA. When Dr. Matthew told Stew, "Yes Exosomes bring great promise but they are naturally occuring in the body. No Pharmaceutical giant can Patent them; it will take years, and at least $10millon before FDA approval." His response, "Well Plummer it sounds like you just came up with your 5-year Business Plan."
